In the last few days I’ve seen a number of posts on social media of Sacha Baron Cohen’s attack on Facebook, in which Cohen says ‚if Facebook were around in the 1930s, it would have allowed Hitler to post 30-second ads on his “solution” to the “Jewish problem”.‘ These people are describing as insightful the remarks of a comedian. They are citing a comedian. What do „we all know“ these ads would say? How many people can find Wannsee on a map, or indeed, realize that Wannsee can be found on a map?
